Returns

Nsunglasses guarantees to its clients the option of returning the products they have purchased within 7 days from the date the products were received irrespective of the reasons and in all instances when the products are defective or do not correspond to the order (wrong order) or description.

General Terms and Conditions:

The clients of Nsunglasses may return their purchased products only once, except the cases of defect products/wrong shipments.

The clients of Nsunglasses may return their purchased products only in line with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

This procedure is not applicable to large orders (more than three products), unless the reasons are defect products/wrong shipment.

The goal of Nsunglasses is to deliver products at lowest prices. Shipment costs are included in the displayed prices. The costs for the initial delivery are reimbursable, but this does not apply to the taxes and fees accrued by banks, customs and other institutions in processing your funds and the subsequent refund.

An exception to the above rule is when the return is due to defect products/wrong shipment. In this case Nsunglasses covers the above costs entirely.

The product you wish to return, whether defect or mistakenly shipped or unwanted, must be returned in its original packing including all parts and accessories and labels. The product should not be used and must be returned in a condition that does not reduce its value.

If the product is used, is not in its original packing, or damaged, depending on the extent of the damage, Nsunglasses will deduct from the refunded amount the costs for the damages caused to the product.

Return procedure:

When you decide to return the product within 7 days from the date it was received you must contact us by e-mail at sales@nsunglasses.com and describe the circumstances. When the product has defects it is very important to describe the initial deficiencies that you have observed so that we can be sure they are not incurred at a later stage when the product was being returned to us. After that our representative will give you detailed instructions on returning the product and the refund details.

Once we have received the product and verified that this is an eligible return, Nsunglasses will reimburse your payment according to the above procedure and in the same way you have made the payment.

Replacement:

Nsunglasses offers its clients a one-time option of replacing the products they have purchased only with same products of different sizes. Products will be replaced only if the return procedure is observed and the valid return requirements complied with.
